the same folder as our program in your start menu.
- Check the version of Products on our site. If
you haven't got the latest release, please go to
our Download page and
install the current release.
- For technical support issues that are not addressed
in the product documentation, please contact support@coolmp3tool.com.
Please add the full description of the error or fault,
the process that you were doing, the error that occurred,
and the resulting message plus any other information
you feel is relevant (as much information as possible
to reproduce the problem).
We have updated some of our products recently. So if you find the registration code doesn't work, please download the newest version and try again. Thanks.
